Kintec Racing shipping problems

They must be backed up or something. I ordered last week, and today get email that it was just shipped out!WTF! Now I wont get the stuff I ordered until probably saturday! So I guess I'm dry docked until then! Hopefully the order is correct!

My buddy just text me saying the same thing with him. He ordered last friday morning just like me. He received email this morning with usps tracking number. Poor service if you ask me. It was a paypal update stating it has been processed. So I'm more than likely looking at a monday delivery.

Never had a problem with Jan, he's a top notch seller. Just got some stuff from him 2 weeks ago, it arrived in a few days. Email him if you have any problems, he is always more than happy to help.

Emailed last night... Hoping to get a reply today or tomorrow... But I emailed him last week when my other order was wrong and made a note of what was missing on this last order.. Need to make one more order from him when I finish the mounting plate for the servo... I have no problem sending the EXTRA parts back and the ones that were wrong.. hmmm

NEED AN ADULT BEVERAGE!!! It's FAT Tuesday!!!

Does he normally acknowledge orders then send a tracking, have an order outstanding now and all I have is the PP receipt that the money was sent?

I have been getting The paypal notice that the item(s) have shipped.. But never anything personal from Kintec Racing... Paypal will have the item list of what you ordered to check when you receive the package...

every timeive emailed jan, he has replyed back quick, even on days there not at shop, and i always get a tracking code, dunno why your not

Is there anybody else beside me that is have problems with their orders? I have placed 3 different orders and only 1 was correct. Ether they are missing items or I am getting to many or its the wrong part......

I was in touch with Jan this morning. He's busy filling orders and advised me that my order, which usually goes out right away, may take an extra day or so. I totally understand. He has a great site, produces many special custom parts and accessories, and is an A+ seller. We're lucky to have him in in the FE mix for sure

I am not bashing Jan or Kintec Racing... I am new to the RC Boating and have made three orders and 2 have been wrong.. I understand people are busy and things can get messed up at times.. If I could I would buy Jan a beer or a coke for all he has done for this sport.. Jan if you read this I am sorry.. I was just wondering if its the name of the beast this time of year when everyone is building new boats or modifying the ones they have. It looks like we all like to go fast with out breaking parts and I will order from you again and again... All the parts I have been buying I am VERY happy with and are A++!!!!
