Kintec Racing shipping problems

Is there anybody else beside me that is have problems with their orders? I have placed 3 different orders and only 1 was correct. Ether they are missing items or I am getting to many or its the wrong part......


help help help. Jan please help.

I ordered a couple parts Friday..........they arrived today!

I ordered yellow cooling tubing, got white, I ordered 1 collet got 3 and missing the tow hook for the bow AGAIN.

I have had the wrong parts sent a couple of times, but Jan took care of it promptly.

Got some parts a couple weeks ago, have never had a problem. Contact Jan he seems like a pretty good guy. Things happen, maybe with the season getting closer (for those of us with frozen water) he's getting busier and rushing to get orders out?

I received some parts a few weeks ago with no problems. I'm waiting on another order, we'll see what happens with that one. I didn't get a usps tracking number on this last order.

ive placed alot of orders with jan and every order been on the money except one that they lost somehow, but was discounted 20% and got the stuff real fast, dunno why your having bad luck with him.

had a order arrive today that was placed on thursday......thats a record mail for him...lol

Have ordered 3 or 4 times, no problems yet.

Had a few back order items once, but they shipped a few days later and everything was fine.

Don't get me wrong. Will still ordering stuff. Just have a few problems. Just was surprised when the order came in today and was wrong again.

Does he normally acknowledge orders then send a tracking, have an order outstanding now and all I have is the PP receipt that the money was sent?

Ive only ordered the once..sent to Australia.. and it all turned out fine...
