What kind of hull is this?

    It's a copy of something, but I don't know what. It's a factory sample.

    25" x 8" wide.

I can get more, but want to know what to look for to make sure it's a decent hull.

It's nice and strong lower hull, like double laid fiberglass. Certainly re-enforced. Looks like enough room to pin and lock the cowl and nothing protruding to rip the hatch off if submarined.

Think I'll build this one as a sample using a 115mm strut/rudder combo. The question is how to determine the correct weight and motor requirements. 1500watt? 2500watt?

Questions, questions. Much to learn about mono's for me.

Those go by the name "Prince" or also called "Rocket", their DF26 copies and popular. Kintec and HOTR sell them. Not sure if that's the information you want, but I know I seen that hull before. Not sure who makes them. If you do a search on "df26", "rocket", or "prince" you should get some good information. I bet SV power would be real nice in this hull.

Yep. That's it. Made by TFL.

Think it's a boat worth carrying for resale?

Excellent on 4S, with a Feigao 12L. I installed a floodcahmber in one and it was ok as biuld quality.
Very stable (good DF clone) and nice looking.
Salut Domnilor, Paste Fericit! Am inchis canalul si am modificat suportul de motor. Stadiul este nefinisat, neajustat si nevopsit (pe alocuri). ...

Yeah, it's certainly a good looking hull!
          Maybe good for a Leopard 2200 & T180?

What was the total weight on yours?

I don't know yet, I have to factor the costs. What's the going price?

Awesome hulls. Almost identical to the Delta Force.

The hull is not mine, I just did the flood chamber. With the 12L, a 40mm prop was uncontrollable... but quite tamed on a 37.5K
I would say the 2200&T180 is waaay too much. A 36 series Leopard, maybe 3660, 2200kv on 4S should be plenty.

Great hull. Rock steady. Fast & stable.
I bought mine as the Prince from R2 Hobbies years ago. Called it 'Bulletproof'.
Ran it on 4s with SV27 package., Ammo 2300, & the guy I sold it to has an 8XL in it now.
