I want to order some stuff from them but in doing some searches it seems there is some bad talk about them, though most is a year or more old.

It appears that modelgasboats.com is the distributor and actual location for MHZ-USA. They are located in Florida.

Anyone order from them recently? Do the items you order on MHZ-USA ship from that Florida location?

I have had great service from MHZ in the last year or so - actually pretty quick shipping too. not cheap, but quality. I have noticed that their website is not kept up to date, but they refund you with no problem if you order something they no longer carry.

The warehouse is in Cape Coral, Fl. But no one is allowed to go there (15 min from my house and I still have to pay shipping).

Loo does a decent job of filling orders and refunds if things are out of stock.

Ew, so they will charge you on something that is not in stock and then refund you? Ew. Why even charge in the first place if it's not in stock. Weird.

I tried getting a 44inch mystic from Loo. He didn't seem real sure of when they would have any in, and gave an estimate of 2 weeks. 3-4 weeks later still don't see any. I ended up getting an hpr from Hanspeter instead. With the mixed reviews I've heard about mhz-usa, I decided hpr may be the better route. Guess we will see next week. Currently my baby is en route.

OK so I placed an order for some drives and related hardware from MHZ-USA last Friday, $780.00 worth. I did get a confirmation email for the order, 3 times.

When I try to email them the only response I get is this auto reply ............every time!

I simply want to know if the items are in stock and what the ETA is on delivery being that I am about 100 miles away from them. I know it has only been a few days but I run my own web based business and if I operated like this I wouldn't expect to keep food on the table. People dropping that kind of cash want to know someone is listening. And checking order status on their website is non existent, it shows what I ordered but nothing else.

I emailed Bonzi Sports about the hull and they replied within a few hours, thats how you do it. I already placed my order for a 54" Fountain hull for this build.

Are they so busy that they can't take 2 minutes to reply to a paying customer? I sure hope the products are superior to their customer service.

It took them 4-5 days to get back to me by e-mail. I ended up calling them and

Well I placed the order at this time on Friday plus one email on Monday and no response. I'll give them until Thursday and then I'll call them to see whats happening. They are in Florida and so am I and UPS ground ships overnight anywhere in the state.

For that 50 bucks they charged me in shipping I should have my order by now. I'll be a little pizzed paying $50.00 shipping and waiting a week or more for the order. In my business if someone places an order on my website and pays 50 bucks shipping they are getting the order overnight even if they are across the country much less 100 miles away.

I also called them this morning, I can tell the number is a cel phone. I left a message asking about my order status and I have gotten no response. How can these people make any money?

Am I being to persistent here? Is it unreasonable to expect a return email from a person or a phone call letting me know what is happening with my order? Damn its not like the items are coming from Egypt. They are coming from a place that is a 2 hour car ride away in the same state.

I better start looking for alternate drives and rudder incase this goes sideways and I have to file a dispute with paypal.

Have you considered speaking with/ E-mailing MHZ Germany direct? Bet you will get an answer from there. You have the contact info and the best lady's name.
