This is definitely great news. It was long coming, but better late than never. I hope someone else reputable picks up MHZ line in the USA.

    Hi Chris,

sorry for my late reply but beacuse of a extrenal training course MHZ is closed from 09.11 - 21.11.2010

I´m really sorry to hear about you problems with Mr. Loo.

The problem is that we received many of this complaints about the MHZ customer service before.
This is why we cancelled our contract with Mr. Loo Yap as our MHZ USA branch manager.
Therefore he will not sell MHZ products after the end of this year anymore.

After I read your email it seems to me like he doesnt even respond to his emails and orders now.

Therefore please try to get you money back with paypal! Please do not order at MHZ USA again since they are not allowed to sell our products anymore.

I´m sorry I cant offer you more help.

In future please feel free to order from MHZ headquarter in Germany directly.
We will take care of our customer orders and emails right away. (If we do not have a training course :-) )

If you need any further informations, please contact me anytime.

    Best regards

    Shirley Bombelka

Good Chris, I have found that MHZ Germany is the best and Shirley is excellent with customer service and she understands that mail order requires alot of trust when their customers come from all over the world {Australia} to buy online thier fantastic products.
I have just got my MHZ Mystic M and if i need anything for it I can order it with Shirley and be confident that it will be on its way ASAP. Hopefully The US site will be closed so as other people will not be able to try and buy online and get caught out with no customer service and no support. Good luck with your build.
          Chris.

I think as long as MHZ USA is on the header, when someone types in MHZ, then it should direct them to this site. Then other may know of the issue with Loo.

I agree 200% that Steve and OSE would be great as a MHZ dealer. Their stuff is nice, but pricy but with Steve's more than superb customer service, i would pay top dollar for MHZ stuff as I know I would be getting great service and product.

Chris have you gotten your money back yet , as a rule of thumb I always make either a feeler email or phone call to see if there is someone on the other end before any money is sent

I didn't try to get my money back, I was giving the guy the benefit of the doubt. On Friday (exactly on week after the order was placed) I got an email with shipping and tracking information. The order should be here by Tuesday which is about a week later than it should have been here based on their location to me.

My biggest problem with them wasn't so much the time it took to get my order even though they charged me 50 bucks to ship a small amount of items 100 miles. My problem was with the total lack of communication. Two phone calls and three emails should not be ignored, especially with a $780.00 order which I believe is a small order for MHZ stuff.

Once the order arrives I will post my thoughts on the quality of the hardware.

I could kill that rat bast**d mr. Loo... New to the hobby didn't realize. Site looked legit. Ordered 500$ worth of stuff. No reply, no status on order, can't even see the invoice on the website when I log in. Called PayPal and he has received the cash. So frustrating!! Worse he won't answer and calls or emails. Does anyone know how to contact this guy.? I'd like to break his damn knees!

Hi I ordered four canopy clips for my Radteck 233. That was on the 31st October 2015. I have emailed them three times with no response. I live in the uk so I appriate that is going to take longer but I can't get any response from them. Anybody know of any other contact details. I paid for four clips and shipping to the uk. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Martin.
