    How to set strut angle

Hey guys. After reading a great deal of discussion on the forum about properly setting the strut angle, I would like to know if using a stepped hull such as the ekos or apparition, should I start by setting neutral strut angle relative to the overall hull bottom or just with the last step closest to the transom?

That will depend on the hull. I am not familiar with that particular hull, but the stepped monos I've raced had the strut set parallel to the keel line. Place the boat on a dead flat table surface and adjust the strut to be parallel to the table. That will be the starting point if further adjustments are required.

Thanks. Tried it briefly on my apparition and hit 54.7 mph. Needs to be adjusted. Some. This stuff is addictive.
