I emailed them about 3 days ago with a couple of quick questions and got no reply. I am just curious on a couple of points before I drop $1400.00 on hull and hardware.

Is it normal for them to take long answering emails or not answering them at all?

btw : you've noticed the drives/trimms can ONLY be ordered with 2mm bore ? ( for pianowire only).
If you wanna use 3,2 mm flex, you'll have to enlarge the bore yourself...

What would you use to power a Mystic M ?
I want to use twin electrics.

2 x 1500/1600 kV motors, 2x6S, 6S for each motor

you can order the mm bore in the shafts.mine came for 4.75mm flex.just mail them.MHZ hulls are top quality..

Not for the 84cm Mystic.
3/16 bore is for the 113 cm Mystic.

2mm pianowire for the 84cm Mystic is fine !
You only have to order the right couplers, that's all.

Getting discouraged by not getting a response to my email. I understand not working on the weekends, I don't either. But I also make a living in my own dot com business and wouldn't expect to make the living I do by letting emails go unanswered for close to 4 days at this point.

Hmmm....I really want this cat and I clearly stated I was ready to order but I had a couple of questions before ordering.

Han anyone else had a problem with communication with MHZ? I used their contact form and even got a confirmation email. Just not ready to fork over well over a G note without knowing someone is listening.

Mhz carries great products, BUT on the other hand, the business owner is something else. Do a search here and you'll get a mixed bag of nuts. Some have had bad experiences and some not. I am one that had a bad experience, and won't deal with Mr Loo. If I were you, I would contact Hanspeter. He might be in Switzerland, but he is a pleasure to deal with.

Chris, Go to the German Mhz website and email A lady called Shirley. She is the Sales Manager. She is the one to talk to. Very proffesional and helpfull. The US website and contact person is about to Change for the better.

I live in Australia and the local dealer has the same customer standard as the US one.....

I had a couple of MHZ (Eco Shark and Micro Fountain) hulls before, did some fibreglass reinforcement that were very-un aesthetic and sold them....

Thinking of getting the Eco Shark again as it was such a fun and reliable boat....
