Cross off the Sport hydros you have listed for starters...

Of those on your list, I'd think the JAE would be the most capable in P-Hydro trim. Just make it ALL of the allowed 34".

I voted on "other" because you left a big name out of the roster, Raptor P-Spec hull... well made and Brian will help you setup so she'll be a bullet...

I must agree on the Raptor, I had to make a sump in the bottom but the shoe covers it and can put 1515 and 1521 motors in her. These hulls just keep accepting the power and props I give em and handle like they are on rails even in the water with a couple of big gassers.

found a build thread on it http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...ad.php?t=12111
its a neat looking rigger I think we would need to order a second set of sponsons maybe just stick with our back up hull idea but that's 4 boats and I don't know what these hulls cost. Keep in mind all the other boats cost us is the price of wood as we have the plans. That being said it looks like a very nice rigger with enough room in the transom area :)

My "other" vote was also for the Raptor.

I don't know how you would fit more than 4S1P into the Raptor P-Spec hull... I agree that it would handle the power, but it's already pretty tight with the spec setup. Can be done, however. I'd want something bigger for a real P-Hydro...

Jan, Andy, Rum. That is exactly what we're lookinh for. Something that can run well with big gassers.

                            Darin, Very good point.
I know the Matrix has a LOT of room, and if you use thicker tub skin, it's a tank that is super stable @ 60mph. I just don't know how it'll handle wake from gassers.

If 60 is all you are looking for, then you can just build a Raptor with a P-Limited power system in it...
