There are many threads with setups here on OSE. You seem new to this hobby. I would strongly suggest reading through some of the threads about hulls and setups. We can tell you what to buy and how to build it, but ultimately if something goes wrong, you will be the one trouble shooting it. I strongly recommend getting some basic knowledge first.
With that said, some great rough water hulls to consider; Delta Force Cyber Storm, Rico Racing Mono, and the Aeromarine Laminates Challenger hull. I have a Cyberstorm, and I have ran alongside the Challenger hull in some rough water. That hull handles very well.
And there are videos of the Rico hull. She is a sweet hull too.HPR115 x2 ,Dark Horse Shovel, Delta Force CyberStorm, Delta Force Sniper 23-RTR: -
Well i am new to boats not new to the hobby.I have many brushless rc cars and fix them all my self.I Know nothing about what hull is good for what and what hardware is good.I know lipos and have them all ready with good mah an c rating.
So the Delta Force, where can i get one?Where can i get the hardware?Whats a good motor and i am using a sea king esc so for 6s lipo what kind of amps for the esc? Will the 90 amp work?Comment

I am not set on a nue if you think a fiego is a little better since there is a little budget. So if a fiego is almost as good as a nue i am down with that.Comment

agree with Westbeach, many have asked this same set of questions, always with many members opinions and experience. a quick search will give you a plethora of answers and questions you are not yet asking.
you can get it all here on OFE store and the swapshop. Once you know where to start, search the store and then what ever you don't find, put up a WTB thread on the swapshop and you will have everything you need and more and probably pretty quickly too."Look good doin' it"

My budget is $310.My goal is to have a nice boat that will use 6s and 4s.Comment

"nice boat" is different for everyone. $310 won't get you fast and reliable and probably not all that nice. you will end up spending over $400 before batteries and props, unless you are not all that attached to "fast" or "nice". If you had done some research, you would already know all this and not need to be told. As we are telling you - those who have good advice are MUCH more inspired to share it if a newbie is interested in learning and researching- otherwise, get an RTR."Look good doin' it"

This is where there is a big misconception! knowing cars and boats are two different leagues here. There is way more involved in setting up a boat. CoG, amp draw, running wet/dry, props selection etc....it goes on and on.

Great Advice from Jesse, you might want to consider getting a RTR. It comes in around your $310 budget.

the5 if you consistently check out the swap area and do some research you'll be more than likely to pick up a boat you want for a reasonable price. Everyweek there must be atleast 10 boats up for sale on and all the required parts for a build. Half of the battle is doing it yourself if youre going to build it, its all on the specifications you want.Comment
