    An usefull advice

Hello i am new here (and glad to meet you all) and somehow new to this hobby.
    I will receive soon (i hope) my Sea Fire boat.HK recommend 2 x 4400mah 2S 30C+ Lipo.
    My questions is: I have 2*2200mah 3s 25c lipo.Can I use them too?
If so, do I need to take some extra caution?
    many thanks upfront
    Paul

NO! combining the 3 cell batteries in series will equal 6S. You will burn up the esc and motor!

No,I meant to use them alternatively, instead of the 2s ones.
Obliviously in parallel, as the boat was designed.
I know that parallel increase the amps and the series increase the voltage.
The point is can I use 11.1v (3s) instead of 7,4v(s)?
        Many thanks
        Paul

Can anyone please tell me where to get a replacement flex drive / drive shaft for one of these, motor slipped out of mount and damaged shaft.

Mine has run 97.7km/h (60.70mph) on the GPS on 4s

Water is entering where strut and stuff tube met. Why; the strut is bigger and should be tapered to the same size the stuffing tube is. The strut is forcing water up the tube. You could use heat shrink over strut end and stuffing tube too!!

This is it and it also includes the coupler, drive dog, and prop shaft!

two packs in parallel will NOT give you higher voltage, only higher amperage. If you want higher voltage, you have to wire them in series!

The boat is designed to work with 2 x 2s in series giving 4s in total, on 1 x 3s it will be much slower.
