Yes, very nice and pretty. Now forget what you see on YouTube and read on RC Universe . That boat ran well for a minute - but how much time, effort and blown parts to get there? Did the boat come in with damaged, overheated parts? Internet "experts" post whatever they want so they look like heroes. They usually don't tell the whole story. Many unfortunate folks believe what they see and read, then they become discouraged when they cannot duplicate what they "think" they saw on YouTube - and it costs them hundreds of dollars to find out. Believe what you want, it's a free society. We're just trying to point you in a direction prone to success rather than failure.

Ok I would listen to Fluid! He knows his stuff! Surely there is plenty of room to run 8s in that boat. My original nod for your setup was wrong and I'm not too big a man to admit it.

So did a GPS run with Feigao 580 10XL on 6s and x440 prop, got 70.2km/h or 43.6mph
Don't have Amp reading and I stepped on my watt meeter
I'll try with x442 and x640 and x642, will see what happens. Hope my new watt meeter will arrive soon. The motor temp seemed to be good, it was just warm to the touch. I run with SeaKing 180amp ESC.
