    Not happening for me... they stuffed it so hard into the motor coupling it is not budging one bit.

      I was refering to the short rigid portion in the stinger. If you pull the stinger off, it will stay with it. Mine was bent, so I had to straighten it first. Then tap it from the end sticking out, and it will come right out. As for the collet being tight into the coupler, that will take some work. I ordered a flex shaft, and will be tackling getting the stock one out of the collet this weekend. Even though the specs say 4 mm, it actually measures .180, so a 3/16" should work.
