    Terry,

You need to use the "futuresoft" to access the settings and use "Akkusoft" to look at the data.

Look in the downloads section on the left border in the home page.

Here is the direct link to the zip file: http://www.schulze-elektronik-gmbh.d...re-soft091.zip

I have tried downloading the drivers off there site but it doesnt seem to be working properly its only saving a page to the computer its not installing anything and there are no other instructions on how to install it. and i think its a driver issue at this point but im not sure. any other suggestions?

So for the Futuresoft first, After downloading the zip files and extracting it you should see the windows installer package called "future-soft091". Double click and it should install. Are you using windows 2000 or XP? If using windows 7 I don't know if its compatible.

After the program installs and take the following steps:

        1. Hook up adpater and USB cable to computer
        2. Disconnect esc from reciever (this makes no difference in mine, but its worth a try)
        3. Hook up adpater to esc
        4. Connect 4S or larger battery.

Next you should see the fields in futuresoft become active. Hope this helps.

Do you have this adpater or just the USB cable alone?

You need this adapter for the WK versions

OK, that is what works on mine. Seems there are several others having similar problems connecting to the esc.

                  That doesn't sound good?
What kind of problems are the others having?
We emailed Schulze yesterday about our problem but haven't gotten a reply.
I still think a lap and a half and temps under 140, this thing should not be shutting down.

                    I am...

Exactly as you have described. I have not been able to get the Future-soft to communicate/recognize the Esc with the driver for the Adapt-Uni which I suspect is the problem. I have 2 new Schulze esc's and it will not work with either.

Very frustrating, cost me a District race this past weekend...

And when I say 'exactly' the issues, I mean exactly...

                      count me ir...

I can´t connect futute soft to the speed controller no matter how i do it....
And i have tried a few different tatics...

Altough i have been able to configure it trough akkusoft....

The only thing i can´t download from the speed controller is the amp draw, that is IMO the most important factor......

Sounds like the Benz speed controller is downgrading to Alfa Romeo.....

                        Steve,
When you say the same problems, your ESC is shutting down after a very short time for "no" aparent reason?
                        Have you contacted Schulze?

                          Hello T.C

For everyone to have an idea....

People are running Scorpion HK 4035 800KV 10S1P on a chinese cat 41" with chinese speed controllers with a weight of about 13 to 15 lbs.......RTR......pulling a X457 octura prop.....

Im pushing the same scorpion on 10S1P with an octura 1655 in a rigger with a RTR weight of 9,9 Lbs....when starting i have no problems, about 30 seconds after the speed controller starts cutting, but worst the that is the motor is very HOT!
And no one is complaining temperature issues with the scorpion motors......Mine doens´t cut off like your for 2 minutes, but it keeps cutting on and off lap after lap,at least 3 times per LAP...

Something is wrong, and if it´s mine problem....then i expect someone to tell me what i am doing wrong...Can´t imagine that a 120$ chinese speed controller to provide best results then a german one that costs 600$ IMO

                          Regards

Definitely seems although mine is working great now. Connection wise it was working from day one with the loaded software in the esc. I am traveling this week so it's hard to hook mine up and see if I can recreate the problems you guys are having.

BTW mins does not record current either. I think it's a hardware thing that the escs do not have the shunt on board to measure the current. The current pops up in Akkusoft as a bass template for the chargers.

Perhaps when I am back in town I can set up a online meeting (gotomeeting) so we can look online at the screens.

                              Yes...

It will work for anywhere from 2-4 laps on the 1/6th mile course...then shut down. After close to two minutes, it's back up and running.

The automatic function is not a good thing. without the programmability working, these new Schulze Esc are overpriced. That being said, I have been extrememly busy myself and have not had the time or the inclination right now to argue with Schulze.

I will get onto Schulze though. This is ridiculous...

I doubt that lol. U guys made sure you pc's have the latest netframework installed as well as the latest service packs and is the software made to work on xp vista or 7? Id imagine xp would be your best bet?You may even need a diferent usb driver installed.Or port io.
