Seriously, how long is taking for everyone to get their things from H.C. in the United States? I was just checking an order and here we are 11days out and the thing is just now about to leave Hong Kong. H.C. seems to be doing fine, but it is being held up leaving Hong Kong.

heh, i just tried to order a helmet camera from Canada its been 14 days and it hasn't left there warehouse... got a conformation email and everything was meant to take 4 - 7 days to get here. the whole reason i solely bought it was for Tuesday...

I just received a order of batteries. I ordered it on Sunday night and had it at my door on Wednesday. I did have a couple shipment take up to a week before getting shipped but that's when they were relocating their warehouse. FWIW I've ordered for other US companies that took a week before posting my orders.

i ordered some zippys sunday night and mine is still not here. seems like its taking little longer this time. ems shipping. i think it was about 4 days on my last order with ems shipping.

I have place a few orders by EMS and i have to say shipping is great you have the item in 3 to 5 days to australia and tracking as well

Basic shipping for my part took a MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About 10-14 days here with reg shipping. 3-4 on EMS.

Here is a good one. Ordered new 5000 2s 40C packs and forgot I ordered a ubec. Just unwrapped the cells like a kid. Told my son to go burn the trash after throwing the little box in the burn bag....guess where the brand new ubec is...LOL...thank god it was not a new ESC!

I ONLY order with EMS shipping just because of this issue. Usually takes 4 - 7 days (depends on weekends) to my door in Houston

Ordered some stuff on 5/24, shipped 5/25 and still don't have a tracking number that works. My buddy ordered a Genesis on like 5/26, shipped 5/27 and he picked up from the PO today. He's 90 miles from me and got his much faster. I'm a little ticked off this time around since it's the first really slow shipment I've had using EMS. I was hoping to have my new packs this weekend.

I would complain that when a person pays for EMS they expect for it to be packed and shipped by the next day...or why pay all that. It should be a priority to them.

Thanks, good to know I am not alone. I must not have been paying attention on the last few orders because I don't recall having the option to ship it EMS instead? I will definitely double check that next time. Before I was getting things in a week to 10 days, now it does not even start the journey to my door for 10 plus days!

I absolutely hate waiting for things. My A.D.D.kicks in as soon as my orders are placed. With that being said they must be moving A LOT of products. The more people you employ (even at cents to an hour) the higher the cost for the end consumer. I've had more problems with things comming from north of the border.

I'm not buying that excuse. I may have taken it as valid if someone 90 miles down the road didn't order 2 days after I did and already got their order. The problem could be with HK post, but it doesn't make much sense that later shipments made it out before earlier ones.

Yeah, I know of 2 that made it out after mine was ordered and they have thier orders. One 30 or 40 miles North of me. I think it was just a few days of chaos and things just got screwed up. It happens.
