    Whitch boat to build ??

Want to build a wooden boat for FE. Have a dumas SK 2 W SV27 power. Want to build another boat. Dumas (DV 21) 30x11-( DV 40) 32x11or a Wild Thing 32x10 1/2 (same power SV27) Thinking Wild Thing would be best THANKS Larry

The Dumas boats are heavy, not that strong and of dated design. The Wild Thing would be a better choice IMO. SV27 power is still good for sport running and will swing a pretty big prop needed for a 30"+ boat.

I don't have a printer,so I wil order the Wild Thing plans from Air Age. When I built my SK 2 , I left out the motor rails and center rib,and skined it with a lighter stronger ply 3/32 on bottom and 1/32 on the sides. Larry

Hope to build this next year,
