The Little Screamer motor is even larger than the Scorpion.
I have a test sample on the way to me.
Plus it has a very nice water jacket.

Just conjecture. I don't sell those controllers. I don't like your tone.

Sorry I didn't mean to come off rude. I just dont like when people post negative things about our American companys when they really dont know. Negative post like that can hurt the ones that are trying to help us and make products the best they can.

I talked to the XPS guys who have run the littlescreamer motor and they said they ran it in there hydro with a big 3 blade prop, 65 mph and after 5 minutes running the motor was only warm. This motor is bigger and more stronger than the scorpian and already has water cooling built in. They used a cheap Hobbyking 120 amp controller and that seems to be the only one that can run it for now untill Castle upgrades there software.

MarkF, the Hobbyking 120 is only capable of 120A*22V = 2640W, I suppose the Bigscreamer is still hungry.

The controller was a 10s version. Not sure which model it was.

This same motor is also used in very large and heavy EDF planes some to 35# flying speeds to 200mph Now in that app we have ran the motor to almost 10,000 watts and no issue with heat. This motor is a brute and will take what ever you can through at it. The heat is transferred from the stator to thought the post the stator is mounted on and the same post goes through the back plate and is what the cooling fins are attached to. Also the whole end is aluminum and once the water starts flowing through it the heat from the upper end of the motor is pulled down to the cooling chamber by convection. Works great!

This motor has been tested to death the last few months getting ready for this years racing season. Still using the same motor that we started with. I assure you I would not be releasing them if I thought there would be a problem with them. Warranty on all Littlescreamers motors is 2 years, And replacement cost on all Littlescreamers motors is 50% no matter what you did to the motor. Truck ran over it? Dog Ate it? Got mad at it and beat it up with a hammer?? No questions asked!

All boxed up and ready to ship. Just need to get over to that end of town to send it. It will go out tomorrow. Wearing to many hats this past few weeks. Today the shop gets a cleaning. The wife says she is tired of tripping over stuff when she comes in here.??? Not me. But she is right, It is a mess and finding that little tool or anything you really need is tough. Plus she is willing to help so I cannot turn that one down.

Yes the 2000 monster is Hifei.

I have one now. No need for Pi-stix, I did have to dial m throttle sub trim to 100%+ rt on my y3PM FM futaba.

After that the throttle programs fine.

I'm getting the USB connector for the New Turnigy 120 and 90 amp Water cooled marine ESC's, those too are Hifie too and all are supposedly USB compatible, HobbyKing just hasn't done the testing or Hifei hasn't finished the software for this Airplane esc.

I'll let you know what happens.

Pic of the new 240 HV coming soon...
