Jay, Where'd you get that Sitnger, if I may ask?
I got it from Fullers years ago. It was made by Warehouse Hobbies as their SPD-E stinger IIRC.

Diegoboy she will be back in red. Was hoping to get some Miss budwieser stickers for her instead of "Champion" I love the way she looked in red so thats what she will be. I had to fix a crack in the top of one sponson. Plus the motor mount came off so I decided to redo her.

Right design, wrong size. I don't see it on the WH site anymore. Call them and see if they have any of the small ones left.

Danny I may have a stinger style strut from the imported 25" monos laying around if you want one.

I took a shot at painting this boat, but it suffered catastrophic failures on two attempts. I need to find a painter I can afford. One problem I have with painting is that I want it to look perfect, but lack the skills to achieve it.

Steven, any news on that strut??

Diegoboy just slow down, my paint work used to look like a 5 year old on crack went mad with a spray can !!! Now I use all the same brand of auto acrylic, sand and then sand some more 600 grit wet & dry, spray putty and sand a lot more, primer and you guessed it sand some more, shoot the top coat very very light coats and let flash of before the next very very light coat. A day or two later I sand with 800 grit wet and dry making sure to wet down often. Some more very light coats. A day or two later again I sand with 1200 and then shoot my clear, once again in very very light coats. When nice and hard I then compound with a wet rubbing paste and then polish. This can realy bring up a miror like finish from a spray can. Any way the moral to this epic tale is to be PATIENT and then be a bit more PATIENT and the results will amaze
