Boat recommendation for my situation

    Good deal, I might have to come visit with all this bragging about pond size... size does matter.

      He just started high school. He's autistic, and really loves RC, model trains, and large scale slot cars (I built a waterproofed 35- foot track on a platform on my backyard deck with carrera 1/24 scale track -total area is 9'x6'). Last summer we saw somebody running a boat and he was hooked...

      I'm over in San Jose, CA, let me know if you come by this way.

          Nice track. I have a 1/24-1/32 also. Right now the kids and I play with the 1/32 cars. I want to buy some of the 1/24 stuff to see how it goes and looks.

              I like the 1/32 cars on the 1/24 tracks-- plenty of room for slides...
