I just ordered the 8XL and jacket. I can't wait to pop on the 45mm cf on 16 cells. :)

is this all that we know about these motors? haven't seen any detailed specs anywhere?

I would proceed with caution. With certain motor kv's that's possible. UNTIL more testing is done I would keep the max rpm to 40k.

Thats why we buy these from Steven and not the other guys that sell them. He backs his products.

Thanks for pointing that out. That thead and some others also point out some good things about the motors. The samples I tested ran well. No problems.

Also keep in mind you get what you pay for.
For $300-$500 you can get a similar Lehner or Neu motor that is perfect. To each his own.

I did not get any specs other than they ran good. I hope to use the eagle tree this weekend.

[U]I am going to run the jolly with the dpr installed next Tuesday night. We will see what I can pull out of that. Steven will you be addressing the 6mm to wire drive coupler issue? I am currently trying to locate a machine shop in my area. I hate like hell to try and drill that coupler out. If I fubar it I am hosed .[/i]
