    kb 45 xl motors

We have a nice stock of the kb45 xl can motors and water jackets in stock.
    http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/products.php?cat=42

We are trying to rig the site to give a discount automatically if a jacket is purchased with a motor. I hope to have that done by the end of this week. Until than if you buy a jacket and motor on the same order, I will refund $11 from the purchase.

I have been waiting on these. Ordered the KB45 10XL and water jacket. Going to try it on 24 cells in the M1 Supercat.

Did you say you were getting these with 5mm shafts?

What is the maximum efficiency rating for each motor (amps)?

Is there a spec sheet so that we can load these motors in FE Calc?

Steven what size coupler do we use? What kid of stock do you have on the 8XL? I am thinking it would be perfect for the jolly. I would be able to turn bigger props. 19.2 volts @ 1700kv will give me 32640 rpms..just about perfect.

Hole spacing is a bit larger, you would have to file the 700 holes a bit to get it to fit.

Any specs I have are listed on the site. Not much info is availible on these.
If you click the motor picture on the site, it will pull up a larger details page with what I have.
They are 6mm. They messed up my order and sent 6mm.

This is the jacket that kits the kb45 motor.

Tom take the oem one to a machine shop and tell them u need one just like it with a 6mm hole. then u will have both if u dont like the new motor.

So whats the cell limit on these bad rascals? 30 cells?

I am real curious about these motors. I wonder what kind of speeds that M1 superkat will see on 24-30 cells.......Hmmmmmm
