              Multi-layered esc's suck !!!
The majoda with pipes on EACH board is far better IMO , compared to the multi layered esc's with coolingplates on each layer.
Why cooling plastic housings if you can cool bare metal ???????

BTW : why do i see so many CC's burn up recently ????????????
i think this is what people are trying to find out gerwin,if it does have a cooling plate on each board, from the look of it it doesnt
to me it looks like it may have a plate running across the top board that then goes down each side with the tubes attached to each side
iam not 100% sure on this but i think the reason there is a lot of multi layered boards is the larger the fets the slower the switching speed, so they use many small fets (low amp) instead of just a few larger (higher amp) ones
as a lot of esc,s are made for helis or planes with high pole motors they need very fast switching fets
if iam rite in this then esc,s just made for 2-4 pole motors could have larger (higher amp) fets with lower switching speed therefore needing far less fets making the need for only a single layer board

That's why I only use esc's that are designed for boats :-)
A few weeks ago I saw the prototype of the next esc from
"modellbauregler.de" , 2 guys who are so dedicated to our hobby !!!!
120 A cont. and so unbelieveble small !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It really blew my mind, CC eat your hart out ;-)

Of course there is always "The Beast" which touts 'no water cooling'.

If of course, it doesn't sink your boat at 450 grams.

With 48 FET's, 8 Rubicon caps and double 12 guage wire and cooling plates (air) on both sides, it truly is "The Beast".

why do you say the will burn Matt?
