I still think you should try an 1815. I think it will go faster. I run all these props on my boats.

How the heck do you get an Eagle Tree and 6 cells in there? Also, what version goes up to almost 200 amps? I have the 150 amp version. I thought it stopped there.

I will have to give that prop a try. Thanks for the suggestion.

Space is tight. I put everything in AutoCAD to make sure it would fix. I've been working out of town but I could take a picture when I get home if you would like. The eagle tree is just for data logging GPS and temp data, the Castle ESC covers everything else. You could do the 300 amp mod to your eagle tree if necessary?

Has anyone confirmed the smooth newer 1515 is the same as the old finned version? The smooth cans are so much cheaper to get these days....

That is a tight squeeze into a Jae 21!!!

That's OK. I have seen some spikes over 150, but generally I am well under. And, I think it has some headroom. BTW - the thing gives me fits on Windows 10. I have to reset power management almost every time I plug it into the USB port. Does that happen to you?

No, but that is great info for challenges that Windows 10 can create. I have been wanting to upgrade my computer, but not looking forward to all the problems that arise when upgrading software. I'm still on windows 7 Professional.

And I shall remain on Win 7 for just these reasons.

The EagleTree will handle spikes over 150. I have seen 170-190 even in spikes but they settle down to 100-120 and less. If you reduce the capture rate you will see less spikes.

On another note, if you run an ET you can get the Hall effects RPM sensor and then you'll know what REAL rpm you are spinning. Takes a bit to get set real nice but I am running up over 45k rpm and it seems good.

How much RPM difference are you seeing with the Hall effects sensor? I realize lots of variables can effect this, but what is a rough average?

Actually I have been surprised at how close(efficient) the TP's in my setup are. I haven't ran that one since fall so I'll have to look up the logs. It is all ready to go ATM tho. Soon, very soon!!

I'll try to take a look tonight and let you know.
