Leopard 2860 3400kv runs good when out of water. No power and low rpms when placed in water. The motor does not sound like its winding up so I don't believe shaft or collet are slipping. Any suggestions? Thanks
Motor has no power when in water

What batteries, esc. Possibility of LVC under load maybe?Comment

2 things come to mind the first and based off an issue that a club member recently had, did you remember to set your throttle curve? if that's not it try shutting the LVC off temporarily to see if it solves the problemComment

These are the options for the throttle.
••-Auto-set throttle range
••--Fixed throttle range, 1.1(lowest) to 1.8MS (highest)
••---High-accelerate mode, suit for sensitive throttle application.
••----Low-accelerate mode, used when power is low or poor battery performance
Auto-set??Comment

no it won't be in the actual settings on the programming when you first power it up, hold the throttle on the controller wide open and plug in the battery wait for the controller to beep and let the throttle goto neutral it will beep again and then arm... your throttle calibration is now setComment
-
correct but you're not going to let it get that far into programming modeComment
-
after it beeps signaling that it has recognize the throttle calibration yes. So you're gonna hold full throttle plug in your batteryit's going to beep, let off the throttle it will beep again then un plug the batteryComment

Also you want to see what your lvc is set at i had to turn mine all the way down to get it to have power and a couple i had to turn off and just time my runs cause it will seem to take off and then just seem to run half throttle. Do you not have a program card to check this ??Im Only Responsible For What I Say Not For What You UnderstandComment
