    Damn,
    I asked Roaringtop AKA TP Power the question and they gave me the same answer. They did say however say that they will be opening up an AUS warehouse in the future, so some light at the end of the tunnel maybe.

        Well I just got my lipos from the US via FedEx without issue. So there is hope it seems.

                Tried yesterday to order a battery from hobbyking Australia store, nope will not ship from Aus to NZ either. It's like we are going back to the dark ages on this one!

                    Amazing, I was just able to order two turnigy 2s blue 5000 40c packs from HK Australia and they are shipping surface (ship). Will take 18-20 days but I got some! Woohoo!
