Kevin. Once they're both supposedly storage voltage, I'm gonna hook them up to my other charger and see what it says.
Then I'll try re charging and see where that gets me

Glacier rc packs fail

I've hit an hour with my second pack and the charger hasn't stopped so I don't believe a timer to be the culprit.

The first pack seems to be worse, as my charger terminates the cycle weather it be storing or charging.
Here is the first pack on my other charger on storage mode
Maybe my new i charger is junk?

Also, I thought I would be able to charge at 20 amps. It would only charge these packs at 13 amps at the most
I'm so utterly confused at this point.

Fyi, chargers have max charging amp output, but also max wattage output, so as the cell count goes up so does the wattage. Your charger is rated to charge @20 amps, with a max of 300watts, so it will charge a 4s at 20 amps, but a 6s @ 300watts will only get up to about 13 amps. 300watts divided by 22.2v=13.51amps
