Brand new packs.
Trying to charge and they won't take a charge due to cell voltages way off from each other.

Have you checked the voltages with a volt meter? Do other 6 cell packs show the same low reading on #5.
Or are you still charging one at the moment.
If you are still charging can you check the individual IR of the cells.

Only discharge them lightly down to 50% & then recharge them for their first couple of cycles. The resistances should drop & the cells should take on a higher charge.
Personally, I would discharge them down to 50% & then charge the low cell on its own up to the same voltage & capacity as the other cells in the pack at that state of charge, & then put them on a full balance charge.
If you fang them hard & take a lot out of them, you may well destroy that low cell.

I just ran it pretty easy until it flipped, and servo mount broke loose.

How do I only charge one cell?

I'm assuming those are cheap packs? If you don't want to get frustrated stick with quality known items. Just my .02....
I just got back from the Toledo show and it amazes like Flies to well you know....people were buzzing around the cheapest packs....I'm sure they will get home and be very disapointed with the performance.

These were more expensive than some of the cheap packs I've owned that I beat on for years without issue.

I've just made an adaptor lead that plugs onto two pins on the battery. The other end of the lead plugs into the main power charging leads of the charger.
Select the two pins for the cell you want to charge, making sure of the correct polarity. The negative pin will be closest to the negative pin (black wire) on the balance plug of the battery.
It is best to do this with the pack around 50% discharged. Anywhere between 40-60% is fine.
Note down the voltages of the other cells.
Set a memory in the charger to 1 cell, 3.7V & a charge rate of 3 amps.
Charge it up until it reads a couple of hundreds of a volt higher than the other cells. That's because the resting voltage will be less than the charging voltage reading on the display of the charger.
Stop the charge & check the voltages with a cell checker or multi meter.
If it's still a bit low, put it on for a little longer. Best to be slightly higher than lower.
Then put the whole pack on a full balance charge.

I've used many many sky lipos that never had this issue
