    No Worries.
You might even bring that low cell up if you simply charge & discharge a few times on your charger. Might as well try it while you are waiting for an answer.
But can you post the IR readings off your charger. That's the most useful information you will get. I'd be interested to know if both the #5 cells have a higher IR than the other cells in the packs.
Can you check the voltages with a cell checker or a volt meter?
See the danger. THEN DO IT ANYWAY!!!

I have a cell checker but I think it's faulty cause it's always read wrong.
I'm putting the packs into storage mode now until I decide what to do.
The boat needs some slight repairs so I'll reglue the servo tonight then put it away for now.

Does your charger have a balance mode? If so, balance the packs, then balance charge.

Assuming the balance boards/adapters are good.

It does, and I always balance charge. Thing is, I was balancing and still the charger stopped.
I ran them anyways, and now I'm storing them.
I tried my other charger too I should point out, and the cells read the same ( cell 5 way off)
            So dissapointing bro

                I hope it's not a hassle.
I just noticed that my charger once again terminated the cycle with some message about time or something.
Perhaps I need to change something in the setting and possibly could have been why it terminated the balance cycle when I was charging.
I'm 50% sure I'll eat the cost of these things, but I will keep you guys updated on these packs and/or the service I recieve so nobody else gets burned.
                Stay tuned!

They only charge or discharge for a set amount. Most chargers you can adjust the cycle time. Hey Doug chime in here is that really that far off?

                    Glacier rc packs fail

Maybe they aren't as bad as I think, but this is the first time I've ever seen this issue with new packs.
Usually new packs charge rite up perfectly.
Then again I've only used sky lipos.
                    The cheap ones.
I'll have a look thru charger settings as well.
Now that I've cooled off a bit

Dana when you're trying your other charger, is EVERYTHING different? For example you're not using the same balance board for both chargers, right?
                      I ask because:
                      1) It's #5 on both packs...it's possible that you got two packs with the same #5 cell bad, but it definitely raises a red flag as it's quite a coincidence.
                      2) I've had multiple balance boards and parallel boards fail. Some I couldn't even explain why, like parallel boards that charge one cell high on some packs and low on other packs. Usually when I have one cell reading low on multiple lipos I go to the equipment for answers.

If you rule out the equipment and determine it's the lipos, I would definitely send them an email. They might tell you to cycle them a few times or they might just warranty them right away. Either way I bet they take care of it. What if the factory had an equipment failure where they improperly charged #5 cell on EVERYTHING and didn't know it!

Keith, I really didn't pay that much attention, but I will take notice when I try to charge them again.
I did try another balance board with the same results tho.

If you have a DMM you can check individual cell voltages by placing the leads on adjacent pins too.

Ok, my charger says it's done and here's the resting voltages. Mind you I tried 3 different balance boards, all say the same thing.
Now I will try my other charger and post results

Dana, you could bring them over here in the AM and we'll run them on my chargers/dischargers and put a couple cycles on them. Honestly I wouldn't panic just yet. .15 is off, but not THAT far off that it is definitely bad, but you can tell more by watching how they charge. For example, a cell that starts off low, but jumps up beyond the others quickly usually raises a red flag, especially if it falls back off quick when you discharge.

A couple cycles and I bet they even out even more. Like I said, charge again, and watch to see if the individual voltages go up evenly.
