It really sucks because I need the pack. Until I know for sure I will be refunded I cant even re order from somewhere else. No way I can buy another pack this yr if I end up taking it up the ass for this one.Comment

They are bunch of ,,luusers,, and their way of doing business is just a bunch of crap....
Remember! When you deal with them it is just 1 way street!!!

Let us know how much you need to pay for registered shipment back to them.
Ohh, and do not hope for fast return or replacement... Sorry to say but this season for this pack is out of the picture....

Well I know about hk but alli express is not only hk. They are a third party that holds the payment until the item is received and the buyer releases the payment. I have escalated the dispute so a third party gets involved. its not up to the seller at this point. There is still a chance of full refund.Comment

Well I was finally able to negotiate a refund for the battery. I had to eat the cost of return shipping which blows but i will not be out the full cost of the pack.Comment

All lipos have to be shiped in there own box before placing in a bigger box. This is new shipping laws and I'm suprised there ignoring this. When I get an order in I will have 18 big boxes stuffed with a bunch of tiny boxes and in a way that nothing can move. Curious why you didn't contact me for a battery.

I haven't heard of any complaints about fees from my Canadadian customers. My packages usually have an $18. Value.

I was under the impression they had to be shipped via fed ex or ups. If so the charges would be more than 18.00. Some people may not mind paying the high cost of couriers. I however think they are crooks.Comment
