I just received a dinogy lipo pack I've been waiting weeks for. Had to order from hong kong cause we cant order from usa anymore.It was from a hobby store on ali express. The idiot who shipped it wrapped it in a bit of thin shipping foam and plopped it in a box and thought that was safe to get from Hong Kong to Canada.Of course the pack was damaged when it arrived with a corner all smushed in. I had to open a dispute and now the pack sits in an old charcoal bbq in the back yard while I wait for permission to dispose of it along with a refund. I cant believe that someone would be that careless in shipping lipo's.

Well not only was this guy careless in shipping but his response was that it doesnt look bad why not just use it. He is going to contact the manufacturer to see if it is safe to use. What a knob.

Now the idiot says send it back so he can take it back to the factory for examination. If it is no good he will send a new one. What a load of bs. Looks like i will be calling my cc company as well as escalating the claim further.That pack was 160.00 friggin dollars and is useless. I am getting more pissed with each passing day.

weird how its that smacked up it takes a surprising amount of force to damage a cell. That sucks dude I would say screw it and open a claim

Yes there is a claim open it was done straight away. Now I have to follow the procedures and hopefully it will result in a refund. There was no sign on the shipping box of damage but there was very little in the way of packaging and it comes from the factory in a plastic bag rather than a box like it should.The whole lipo situation is getting to be a huge pain in the ass for us in canada.

Continue with the CC company on getting money back. The Gen battery place is a lot better and packs lipos correctly. You could wait months to get a replacement and it also cost you to send back and that is BS too. Check in your country for lipos and it may cost a little more but you will be further ahead. PITA.

There is no place in Canada to buy QUALITY packs unless you can use the Grimracer packs.

That's a strange statement. I run Thunder Power batteries in my cars and now my boat and know of many places that can ore them for me in Canada.

Great hobby and hobby hobby never have any in stock, heli place in toronto won't order anything that doesn't fit in a heli. Where are you getting them from?

I get the Thunder Power batteries from Hobby Hobby. If you order before they place the orders on Sunday, it should be in by the next Friday. Skycraft in Burlington will order them for you as well.
