Mean Machine v3 running a single 6s 5100mAh Pack?

Would it be possible to build a good handling 6s mean machine v3 using a single 6s 5100mAH 6S Dinogy lipo running on the tunel floor or will this be a bad move?
I realize that 2 x 3s lipos would be the better option, but i have a new single 6S packs i would like to use in my next build.

I have run my MM with a single 4S pack on the tunnel and it runs great. Why do you say that two packs would be better?

Thanks fluid. i just thought it would balance the hull beter, with one in each sponsons. maybe this is not the case with cats,

I have two 4000mah 4s packs 35c and two single 6s 5100mAh Dinogy packs i could use and two spare motors Trackstar 4068 2550kv I could use for a 4s2p or 4s1p maybe this motor is a bit high on the kv, also have a TP 4082 1450kv for a 6s1p setup option. not sure what way to go.

6s packs might be a tight fit in the sponsons.

I was thinking may be just use one pack across the tunel floor, I agree two would be to big for a this hull
just not sure if it would be ok to build just using one 6s pack, would it be hard setting the COG once a motor was fitted

Well, I run two 5s in mine and it works very well
