    Hobbypartz vs. Hobbyking lipos

Does anybody have any experience with the Hobbypartz Blue, Sky or Gens Ace batteries?
How do they stack up against Zippy or Turnigy's?
Comparing apples to apples here looking for a battery retailer for cheap lipos in N.A for sport boating.
I know full well they will not compare as well to the high end 100$+ packs, I'm looking at group sport running with a SV27 mostly with these batteries.
I have a feeling that all the inexpensive packs come from the same place with different stickers, all the cheap stuff is repeatedly re-branded!
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

I am about to do some testing on those actually. Batteries I will be testing are

      Gens Ace
      Venom
      Turnigy
      Turnigy nano-tech

I do have some Blue lipos but they are 6s, all the others will be 2s. Like Jeff said the wire gauge on the Hobbypartz batteries is small. 12 gauge on the blues and gens ace. My turnigy 5000mah 40c's came with 8 gauge

I have turnigy 3s 40c and gen ace 3s 40c hard case packs....so far I have hit 63.7 with my gen ace packs and 60.9 on my turnigys. Gen ace does have small 12 gauge wire but the packs look cool and seem to perform real well and I have only used them maybe 5 times so far and my turnigys about 15 times. Can't wait for diesels results.

Hyperions were my favorite until I tried Gens Ace. I got slightly better performance out of my Gens Ace 25c compared to Hyperion 25c for 1/2 the price. Search Gens Ace on RC Groups, not any bad reports that I found. I now have 21 Gens Ace batteries and they all arived with every cell on every battery at 3.82v. Not even my Hyperions were that closely balanced. Great punch. Hobby Kings don't even compare from what I have read. The blue lipos are more on par with Hobby King.

I measure internal resistance of each cell and do ~40Amps discharge tests with EagleTree Logger.
GensAce cells are always above sticker's capacity, better voltage under load and better Internal Resistance (1mOhm vs 3-4mOhm in cheap Zippy cells - proves the C rating)
As my reference - I won 2nd and 4th place in Naviga World Championships in 2010(European federation). My boats were equipped with Neu motors I bought here from Steven V. (thanks a lot for great understanding of my needs)

Do not believe in stickers - do real discharge tests and you will see the winner is Gens Ace - beats all known brands (turnigy, hyperion, zippy, desire, enerland - I tested them all)
