Wwwwwwoooooooooooooohhhoooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! 66.7 mph!!!!!!!!! She finally let loose with the cg adj with new 30c batts and fans on the esc's! It was shocking!!! . Goal met! She still runs really solid, but ran into problems crossing my wake at around 50-mph crossed up and barrel rolled.. But shes water tight. Had the scoop come off & lost the gps ;( just a lil epoxy and shes ready for another session. The highest speed came from the rist pass, luckly i checked the speed ( in shock) before the flip. I for the first time pre-heated my batts to 110 f. I sware by this now! After a full run the esc's- 120f, batt.s-125f,motors-90 f im so happy with her now!!! Im so close to 70 mph , egneg ill take the risk and watch the temps. Send me a price on the 447's, i will hit 70 mph.. Thanx guys!

Wow! You're almost there. Good Job! Any video? I think the X447's as described will get you there. Sorry to here about your GPS, but at least the boat is good.

Wolf I'm glad you got her flying! good job dude.!!! 65 MPH CLUB !!!! Now next time you take a vid put the camera right next to you on the sand so we can see it going past on a side angle, will show how fast it really is. You have inspired me again to chase the 70 mph mark. I've just ordered some thunder power 30c lipos for my cat , and been fixing the drive line for less friction. I'm also going to buy a set of 35c lipo's for the Maritimo. I've got some new props coming from the prop shop 1417 counter rotating , These should get me closer. Be proud bro you have 1 of the nicest/fastest Maritimo's out there. AWESOME . Bonewar

Your new shafts were mailed Saturday to your specs.

Found some new solder with 38,000# shear strength. Staybrite is only 1/3rd that. Forget all the non cadium crap....this is where the strength comes from and 8% silver....might need to have a gas mask but going to get some for cables. It is the cable that needs so much prep for good sticking...not the SS shaft.

Post a link to the vid...I do not find it.

THIS IS THE PEPLY FROM AANDI AND MY CONVERSATION ON THE TOPIC."Yes, but I wll cut the 47's to 42mm. If I don't the amp draw will go too high. I watched your boat accellerate. You don't need anymore blade area...just a little extra pitch."

Ok. The extra pitch will help with the top end with all things considered. Will he detongue them as well?
