thanks for the advice. i went with the mean machine. can't pass up that deal for $90 with hardware. would any of the feigao motors get me to 60mph on 6s?

Go for Feigao 11xl, its a 6s motor, but im not sure about 60mph goal, +/- 55mph maybe, btw look at the swap shop, one guy selling a Neu 1515 1500kv, make him an offer, that motor will get you to 60+mph on 6s for sure, still keep in mind, Mean Machine is 4s power hull.

Yes, I have ran the M/M many times with 12XL and M645 prop on 6S and got 55-60mph no problem...

ok, i think i'm going to run the mm with 12xl on 6S an M645 prop (thanks txboatpilot) and hydra 240 esc. which prop shaft and motor coupler on ose do i need for this setup? thanks for everybody's help.

Go with a .150 to 3/16 Hughey flexshaft,,, OSE 5mm-.150 coupler, and octura 3/16 drive dog..

I would start with a X442 and work up...The M645 is a big prop to start with..

What lipos are you getting??

i'm not sure yet. i guess i need to do some research first. i think i am going to run (2) 3S lipos in series because my charger can only charge up to 3s. i need to find some lipos that are decent. i don't race and dont ever plan to, i'm looking for moderately priced batts. im not looking to cheap out, but also not looking for the most expensive.

When u got yoUr mm didn't it come with a .187 flex shaft?
