          What motor,esc,lipos is bob running?

On another note, I did some test runs with my P sport, with 1814 and 1815 prop.
When from 59mph on H7 to 64mph 1815 on windy (10+mph gust of winds). Need to see how it does on 1814 with laps.

Out loud thinking, Pete have you or anyone else have thought about using longer mono struts? Or even flat bottom strut?

Forget all that, it's the rounded edges...

So you done testing with both flat and round strut for BP?

I was legitimately asking hoping Pete and/or Terry would pipe in with their thoughts.

It's funny. Pete and I do the strut thing different. I run flat on every hydro. He runs round. Which is better? No clue. Pete is just as fast as I am. I "feel" like the flat gives me a ride surface but I have no real proof or data. I can't always back up my hunches with evidence.

I would say - If you run an "H" prop (lifting Prop) - Round bottom.
_ If you run a non lifting prop - Flat Bottom.

Rounded Edges.... not the strut. The hull's non-riding edges...

I saw Bob Zola had done this when he showed a picture of his boats he took to California. He says they have done this in the all the full size sport hydros. Not sure if it was a factor in his winning in California but it sure looks nice!!!

Thanks Pete! Many of the out West racers want Black Pearl sport boats after seeing my boats run. I was a cracked collet away from winning limited too. I gave your info to numerous racers. I guess I'm your traveling sales rep (LOL).
