    JAE33FE Build

Here is my JAE33FE that I am close to completing. It will have TP 4082 2310KV, and Swordfish 220A esc, the rest is the complete combo from Zippkitts.

The beginning, doesn't look like an RC Boat..

Taped it together to check out the size.

Lowered the battery height for more room, need to clean up a bit.

Inner Frames, Sides and Bottom glued.

Thumbscrews added to hold hatch, hate them falling off in transport!

Nice and even application for candy paints, Harbor Freight gun works nice!

2 coats of clear, you can see the candy coming out of the hatch. Need to wet sand and final clear coat.

3rd clear coat going on in home-made paint booth

Hardware going on, nice attention to detail with all the fittings from Zipp.

Motor in, the pile of parts in back waiting to go in. This is current status, should be done end of week.

Thank you, they are really nice to build. Received the batteries today, need enough power for the TP motor, so I went with Gens Ace - 5800mah - 100c packs.

Will do, had a small typo its the 2310kv.

Made some progress, hope to maiden tonight. The only thing I would like included in the kit that is missing, is a stand. Would be nice to have a stand that is laser cut with Zipp logo. Not that they are hard to make, would be a nice option.

Might need to paint brass thumbscrews black, pretty much ready for maiden. What would you guys suggest for props to test? I put on an X442 to start and get setup right, then might try the provided 1450, or ABC H7.
