Yeah, so would I, I'm sure my tsch' is reading right, I tested it on two boats????
I will try it on new props soon, I have them but they don't fit my drive dogs....
I am going to mod them to fit and if they work out ok, I will get some metal ones...

Can anyone suggest props for the twin?

Didnt you get the EKOS metal props? If not, start there. Its a proven set up on the 380s on an identical hull.

in my experience, plastic will not compare to metal.. Plastic flexes, esp at that high of rpm and you lose a lot.

Videos look good Dave. I love the way this boat handles.

I put a stock SV27 motor in mine and kept the stock 70A ESC that came with the ARTR version.
First run I used a X438 2 blade. Temps were fine. 2nd run is tried a X437/3 and got a little more speed. That is what I'm running in this video. Faster than my stock Fastech.
Strut is even with the bottom.

I just got some bigger props and hope to test soon. I know it has more potential.

I can just imagine how it would go with the little faster UL-1??

I have a Feigao 540 12L 2,159 RPM I was thinking about putting in but I'm not sure that would be any faster. Certinly have to up the ESC.

Looks really good Tom. I agree. I love the way these hulls handle. When you gunna give it the A.M. paint?

I also found the 442 to work very well on the BJ motor... Id try that prop as well.

                        Thanks Tiqueman,
The Mystic is STILL in the paint shop. I got this one to hold me over for the winter. Had some decales make to simulate the Aqua-Mania Skater(used to be Bud Select).

Where have you guys found the strut to run the best?
I have my COG right about 9.5 inches from the bottom of the back sponsons.

Thanks Tom, I love the water you get! like glass!!!!
Do you have any idea on speeds? I'm sure mine has more to give too and will get to the lake to test props but I will keep an eye on temps....
I am still having a problem with torque roll and I will try an X440 soon.... Might let it rev higher too???

I've been thinking about your torque roll issue and is seems like your making the right adjustments.

By fitting a X440 instead of the 640???

I would certainly try the X440 and see if it improves. Also adjusting your strut height down a little. I'll post some pictures tonight when I get home of my set up.
