4mm is enough for this hull and if you have 3/16 prop that's not an issue, use a Graupner bullet nut for DD prop P/N 2320 and DD P/N2321, the 2320 is M4 inside and 3/16 outside, as for the rest it's just the same as for the hull, you get what you pay for! Get the 200Euro Agitator's hull from H&M, get the hardware from them too and you won't have any surprise, but the 100Euro copy and same price range hardware... don't ask!

BTW looking at the strut picture, it seems to me that the unthreaded part of the shaft is slightly bigger... 3/16? you may not need anything else!

That is what I was thinking..too cheap to be great quality.

But that hull should be easy to reinforce.

That strut is 4mm, Ken informed me that it needs machining to adapt 3/16 brass tube(bushing), then it should work.

So I guess I could just drill it bigger and use brass tube for bushing and it would be all set.

I have these 4mm bullets btw, from sv27 shaft.

Need to decide...artr ar just the hull and get parts from OSE when Steven gets them in stock again...

No,no I was not going to use these electrics, I was going to put that motor and esc on my 27" abs boat.

Only thing holding me back is that color,,,has any1 removed these decals, what is under them? -black or white .

The artr comes with mounts and rudders installed so it is cheaper then it is to get the hull and parts.

And the adapter is just brass tube, I have that 3/16 tube so I can cut it to lenght my self. http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/inf...propellers.php

may be not if you contact the seller you'll get a good price, beleive me, I did it when I was about to buid one (still don't have the budget though), the price he gave me at this time for a sort of combo package (hull, hardware, motor mount and servo mount...) was between 15 and 25% off dependings on the item! I guess you may have to pay paypal but not buy via ebay, so it is cheaper for the seller and you still have the paypal advantages that's why you get discount!!!

I make the 4mm shaft that steps up to 3/16" for the prop if you need one. Plenty strong.

So you make the piano drives for OSE,right? -nice that here are so many people on these forums that make stuff for me and for rest of the people that cant build shi.....-anything

I removed the paint. Its white. I am running a Feigao 9XL, x642 prop. Believe it or not, this boat handles pretty well with that hardware despite what others say.

Thanks guys, I just bought the cat, motor and servo mount and some pushrods.

Will order rest of the hardware from steven, so I can use my 3/16 gear w/o mods.

What would be best water pick up system on this cat? -these http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pro...?prod=oct-ocsw in both sponsons?

                                or these http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pro...od=dh-aqub9520 on transom?

And the tubing size...- the medium size what Steven sells or that 1/4" one? -the intake hole is so small that the larger tube could slow the water flo , or am I wrong -the inside dia should be close the same on every part to get the max flo, correct?

Any ideas how fast shipper is that HOTR guy?
