Do you any kind of tools to get those thick walled tubes to a perfect matching bend like that?

Dimitry, no tools as in such. But I used two carbon rods on each end that I slided over the brass tube. (Basically to get a better grip) then had the Teflon and drive cable installed and bent over my knee. Was still quite hard with such a short pipe.

Hi Kent, if you heat the brass tube up first (I just do it over my gas stove burner and hold with a pair of pliers) then let it cool down you will find it is much easier to bend to any curve you like, just go over it with a bit of 600 grit wet and dry paper to get the black off after.
        Cheers Shane.

          Shane,
I usually do it that way, but this time I didn't have much luck doing it that way. I kept getting this snap bend where the most heat got applied and the flex cable would grind slightly. So alter all of that I tried the other way, and it just worked flawlessly, must have knee caps just suited for this job LOL

                  Thanks Buddy!!!

Got some more work done. Lipo System cut and ready for install after paint. I also got some robotic servo mounting plates for the carbon pull system. They look really cool and heavy duty!!

                      Hello,
It's been awhile since I have posted but have just gotten hull back from the painter. It is definitely ELECTRIC PEARL ORANGE!! very cool paint job.
will apply decals and start to mount everything together again. Got the decals cut also...

                          Hey Mike,
Still a little bit to go. all decals, install all electronics, drill outlets and cut inlets, glue in lipo system, pour some more epoxy around the drives, do all the color infils on the carbon. few bits.

Some updates... I had to start the decal job last night as I was worried that some may not fit (specially the side ones). Turned out better than I thought it would after all. She is really beginning to take shape.
