Guys I am going to post a drawing of my fin but please keep in mind that I am no cad guy so the pic is pretty elementary at best.

Ok here is the pic of the fin. I have no idea why but it just makes my Whip run faster and turn better. We also tested the fin on another Whip and it worked the same on that boat also. The Fin was designed by my bud for his Atlas hull and all I did was scale it up a bit and make it about 1/4" longer.
Here is a pic on my hull
BTW I dropped my Neu 1515 1Y in the hull today (I was bored) and will give it a few tests tomorrow if the weather holds up.Team Liquid DashComment

Raydee thanks for that it looks similar to a Tipain rigger fin I run on my xs2 with great success. Will try that first and then yours and compare the two.
Heath I will try the strut at 15mm after I try fins so as to change one thig at a time. Thanks for all the info guys. These realy are great hulls to run and fun to build... Now to start the sport 40 on 8sComment

Perhaps that should have been included in your original post.
Water and air temps are also an important factor.

Looking good Andy (the boat of course!). We'll all have to get together next year at a sanctioned event and have a Whiplash Cup! I hope to go to the Nationals in Sydney next year, so I hope to see you there!Comment
