Got the silicone yesterday Dana, thank you kindly!
More parts showed up too. I got a lot of soldering done today, 8mm connectors on everything. And I couldn't resist, spun the motor for a second just to boost my excitement, like that's possible! Have to work Saturday, hoping to set esc tray and battery trays tomorrow.

For the steering boot, use a small short brass tube for the boot to clamp to for sealing? Anybody have a picture of the process? If not I think I can figure it out. Thanks

Anybody have a link for steering setup? Pics of what your transoms look like as far as steering rod passing thru the transom? I have a good idea but I'd like to see some before I go for it.. Thanks everyone

Just glue a 1/4 brass thru the transom sticking out 1/4 inch. Your boot zip ties to that

Dana that silicone is way stronger than I anticipated! Love it, thank you very much!

Holy smoke in getting excited, tomorrow I'm gonna button down the rcvr, buy some straps for batteries, and thread lock everything. Maiden voyage maybe this weekend if I get a chance! Sometime next week or next weekend at the latest... This thing is about ready to go! Hell yeh!
It needs a paint job too, but that's the least of my concerns at this time. Thank you to all that influenced me and the helpful tips. Dana, kfx, Heath m.... You guys are awesome! I'll be sure to video the maiden run.
