major mods to motley crew

well guys..heres the start to my build.decided to try some things..see if they work..
took trips off sponsos and added 1.25 inches to width..

What are you hoping to accomplish? Seems like its basically a tunnel hull k

the motley crew is close to a tunnel..but still a cat..i see that not ready to post..i will continue on with build

An interesting mod, what are you hoping to accomplish? When we were designing this hull the front non-trip "step" was added for...well I don't know why it was added. I wondered how the hull would work without it, although the boat runs very well with it. I really like my MC, as I modded it it is a bit different power-wise but it is a contender. Keep posting your results.

same as you..my motley crew runs great..but just wanted to see what it would change taking trips off..and widening

didn't get to far on hatch..bad weather.. but you can get an idea how much wider it is

Are you trying to sort of make a OPC out of it? Are you putting a outboard on it? Or leaving it inboard?

Sticking an outboard on this hull would not make it an OPC. All OPCs are catamarans but not all outboard catamarans are OPCs....
