Well I just fixed mine and know what exactly to do, Thanks a million all your help is valuable and that may verywell have been a bad mistake!! (on my part)

I will take a couple of pics after tomorrow I am making an adjustment to the hatch with a couple of auto body dollies some water and a little saran wrap, Next a healthy chunk of Styrofoam and some sanding and I will have a almost ready to prime boat, (Yellow and black for this one it is going to be my kids boat I promised them)

Warping The Hatch

OK I could not stand it so I fixed the prob as stated above, I was going to make everyone wait till tomorrow to see what I did but I just couldn't do it!!! so now you all get to see my super secret hatch warping method pictures speak 1000 words, and the fix I did.

More Pictures

Hey I finally got the weight off the hatch!! and it held the proper shape (thank God) well here are some more pictures.
1. we have the boat with no weight or saran wrap on it so you can actually see the whole thing. there a couple of views.
2. you will see a mini rudder 2.25"x5/8"x1/8" and there are a few shots of it leaning against the hull, I hand formed it using a jig saw and a file (several hundred strokes later.)

Yes Ace I finally polished something!!! instead of the brushed look, I guess the dremel you got me for my birthday kind of inspired me.
