You're right, now the fun part! Prime-Sand-Fill-Fill-Prime-Sand-Sand-Prime-Sand-Prime-Sand-Prime-Sand-Fill-Prime-Sand. OK I think I'm ready to paint, Damn I missed a spot. Fill-Sand-Prime-Sand, OK now it's ready for paint, there's another spot..... The hell with it I'm painting it anyway!!!!

I've already modified my GP265 sponsons to resemble yours. Will be doing the same on a 335 kit like yours. Less air trapped...
I usually put a small coating of epoxy on before any primer. I also do my filling or fillets before the first epoxy coating.

Thanks! had no idea you guys are so close to each other location wise.
Ray, I have a couple of friends who played there years ago. It is a very good orchestra, however, when I relocate, all I want to learn is how to make wood boats and hang out
, hopefully I don't ever have to play my cello for a living any more. 
Too many boats, not enough time...
