Btw, I figured out the issue with my Villain x's slow prop speed. For some reason fthe expo setting on the throttle channel was turned down to 53% (1/3 throttle) . I jacked it up to 140%. Now she's ready to rip full throttle.....

Hell ya Shawn,congrats bro
I talked too my Lil' sister today. We're going to get together and take the Lil' monsters to the park soon. She's gonna shoot video of my villain x on the water for me. My 19t/3s/x447 villain was faster than my pals brushless apache on 4s. this one oughta be real interesting .....Last edited by gsbuickman; 03-19-2014, 07:46 PM.Comment

Allright, Back on topic. I got out today and did some experimenting. I had CG at 10" forward of the transom and I think I'll try a tad more. And the dang sticks in here keep upsetting my runs. Getting to be a popular dog park these days. Hatch works though, and no water in either.
The hatch holds up fine. Still haven't checked if it is anti roll over or not yet.Last edited by srislash; 03-21-2014, 01:21 AM.Comment

And here it is with the first 'tweaked' M447 of mine. I am not sure whether to move weight up or use thrust to hold the nose down slightly. At any rate I think I will put the strut up a tad (1/8") as it really winds out and unloads with the 'tweaked' prop compared to the 3 blade, Y547, or stock M447. I think the unloading from the backcut is why.
