Update.
I got out this morning.
With a full lb of weight added to the front, upon takeoff, it does the old ul1 thing. Nose goes under, pop back up then throttle it.
I can say that once on a plane it was a different boat. Full throttle straight aways the boat was stuck to the water. The turns were still a bit jumpy, so I need to work on that. I think the weight is sufficient and I will be working on a new turn fin to see what results that may yield.
I have achieved a scale hydro that gets into the high 40s I would estimate based on many gps runs with my other boats. Just a guess tho. Almost there with this thing. I think I need to grab some higher mah packs, as I'm using 4400 5s packs which I generally use for parallel running. Maybe some nanotech packs over 5000.
