Thanks ... hull is 39 3/4" tip to upper transom. There is a bit of reverse rake to the transom so the vertical line from the bottom would probably make the hull 40" overall (not including hardware) Width at widest is 11" ... at transom is 10 3/4".

Grey primer ...

First coat of primer. Wet sanding tomorrow and I'll see if it needs more prep.
