Probably thought i would never get the boat on the water, but tonight was the night.
    uploading video as we speak.
the boat ran well and was dry inside. Ran one minute and checked temps, all were low, mid 80 to 100.
I removed the data logger and pulled the file, not sure if it is what i should expect but the rpm were lower than expected 17000 max. battery voltages were even with very little fluctuation. I did not get a amp report as I think i pulled the connector when I stuffed the logger in the pool noodle. Ran two runs with the only high er temps recorded with the temp gun at one of the motor connectors , 125f I think that connector fits looser than the others. Ill probably change it out.
    the video say it will be at;
    TRY THIS

    AND THIS

I have not uploaded anything before so I may have to do it over.

If the RPM is only 17000 then the amps would seem like they should have been high and therefore hot. So I am not sure if 17000 loaded is ok or if it should be much higher which would mean that the radio was not going full throttle.
Also did not see any water spray from the exit ports, can the lines be hooked up incorrectly or???
overall a very successful first 1 minute then two minute runs just before dark.
This weekend I should give it a good workout.

Still can't open the youtube link.
Anyway, meant to say that I really like your build and you should be proud of yourself. It is hard to believe that is your first build.
Can't wait to see the vid.

I saw it, really like how the boat rides, very stable! Speed is good, I agree that your motor is NOT spinning @ a mere 17,000 rpm. I can tell that by the pitch of the motor.

                    Update on build!
After hitting a underwater rock and losing the drive I have made some changes.
Wanted to move the COG back so I relocated batteries back the side of the motor with the end of battery at the drive end of motor. Moved ESC to in front of the motor with the eagle tree.
I,ll post pictures before next run, hopefully Saturday prior to freezing cold front moving in Sunday.
Hope his will unload the motor and increase speed of already great running boat.

Do you have your E/T set for the correct number of poles on your motor?
That will give you a false RPM reading if it is incorrect.

Yes, thanks for asking. Everything seems to be set right.

Even though this has been a blast , I have been unsuccessful in getting friends on board. I have moved on to heli's. So putting my DF up for sale ready to run. Without batteries, using them on the heli. Need An offer.
