I will line the cowl with carbon/kevlar and have bolts holding it on along with some foam on the rim and tape on the outer.Comment

I have the hatch done and working on the rest today, If I don't get interrupted too often, I may finaly get this thing on the water next weekend.

The water coolings now done and to power the rx ect. I've fitted a 3000mAh losi NiMH into the front right sponson that connects to an on/off switch into the rx. The rudder is ready to go with plenty of tourque from a hitec 7955, I'll keep doing more work this week.

It looks awesome. It will fly. I cant tell from the pics, are you using the same water to cool the esc,s and the motors? Personally i would never do this, especially on a set up using 1717 and a 180 esc. Those motors can pull some pretty serious amps. I always run a separate water supply line to the esc and motor. Most lakes and ponds in the peak of summer are not all that cool to begin with. Worth the extra work to make sure everything is getting cooled as best as possible. Its an awefull nice build. Hate to see anything going up in smoke!!Comment

The water cooling lines do look a tad confusing, the pic didn't show the 4x outlets, 2 on each side coming from each motor and esc. I'll add a couple more pic's showing the brass water pic ups I've made, I'm a little unsure how they'll go so I've ran those to the motors and the dual rudder pick ups to the esc's.Comment
