I have seen these 1/8 scale CB plans and they are very similar to what mine are. I have never used them but I think they could work if you enlarged them around 28%. Hope these help.

I wish there was interest in our club in the crackers! I'd have you build one of these little beauties for me. But with no one else to run against..... well..... Maybe someday. Your building is incredible. You produce some of the most beautiful boats I've ever seen.Mini Cat Racing USA

This boat is built to the limit of the rules rules agreement, and will be what we will be proposing in the very near future. Here is a link to the draft and what will be accepted for the Crackerbox exhibition class at the nats As posted by Ken Haines with the addition of the stuffing tube "J" bend.

Jim I think its kind of like the saying"Buld it and they will come" When I first began with the 1/6 P-Limited Crackerbox idea most everyone thought I was out of my mind, I heard that we "don't want more classes" and "look what happened to the 1/10 CBs". and so on. I had some resistance. Now they are gaining momentum. They are nothing like the 1/10 scales and a lot of folks are drawn to the slower paced more scale like spec classes. It is growing and if a couple guys in a club start it ,the class can grow on the club level as well. It does take some time, but once you see them race it will draw a few more drivers.Comment

Its pretty doubtful I'll be making the nats this year. I"ve had to pay some pricey Vet bills for one of my dogs. I'm an artist and in this economy art sales have been slim at best. When poeple can't afford their house payment they're not looking to buy art pieces. Money was already a little tight and the Vet bills didn't help. But my dog is doing great. I'm still tying to see If I can pull something off to get together enough cash to come out to Florida for the race. Anyway my buddy Don Wollard wil be running the Crackerbox at the Nats. I think you guys will enjoy the class.Comment
