Oh and the boat seems to be much faster now. I can't even hold full throttle for more than one second because the boat wants to launch out of the water. Just for the hell of it I pegged the throttle and sure enough the boat launched out of the water and tumbled end over end. No damage but the batteries came lose, I need to make them more secure.

So I'm going to play with the trim tabs and drives to see if I can keep the thing in the water. It has so much power bottled up I know it will break 70 if I can just keep it in the water.

Yeah looks like he has the exact same setup as me and he does live near me. I couldn't find any pics of his setup though.

My battery charger took a dump so I had to order a new one. I got the Hyperion EOS720I Net 3 Ad/Dc Charger from Steve at OSE. If it gets here by Friday I will be able to run it this weekend.

Yeah the wrap looks great, of course as anal as I am I can see the flaws that occurred when I put it on. I really should have had a 2nd pair of hands.

Looks like shes a bit light up front ? will be quick and more stable once balanced better im sure.Wheres she balance at now?,id shoot for 32%maybe even 34% with the power you have looks great though .

Pretty sure its balanced at 30%. Yeah I'm still playing with the trim. I'm thinking about finding some longer trim tabs to help keep that nose down.

Just going by how she sits in the water id say shes too back heavy so moving the weight forward some would make her run much more stable and shouldnt need tabs.Even at 30% i think with all that power it needs to be further forward,just an idea to try anyway add a wet towel up front next time out to change the cog and see how that makes her run or a water bottle wrapped in bubblewrap to stop it moving pushed up there just to see.

that thing is badass!!! You really need to go to a more wide open spot to run her though, get some nice WOT passes with long carving full throttle turns!!!
